I tried to make a stuffed crust pizza, but the crust cheese went right into the pizza. What went wrong?

Stuffed crust pizza is difficult any time. Try increasing the amount of dough, rolling out your base a few inches larger than the tray you are going to use, and then using melted cheese as close to the edge as possible. Ensure you roll it up so that you go over at least 1.5-2 times so as to seal the cheese in. Let the base prove before adding topping.
    Thanks!
  • Question
How do you make the dough?
    Community Answer
Pour 1 1/2 cups of water into a bowl. Sprinkle with yeast and let stand until foamy. Whisk sugar, oil, and salt into the yeast mixture. Add flour and mix until sticky. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and leave to stand in a warm place for an hour. Take the dough out and knead until it is not sticky.
    Thanks!
